-Has since revealed to Major Verity, with whom she has established some rapport, that part of her mission involves determining whether Smythe is indeed a Saint, or something darker; wants to believe in him, because he does good things, but she cannot take this on faith. She since has become convinced of his goodness, but perceives that he has lost faith in himself, following his inability to perform miracles. This report has also disappointed Sister Velanus.

-Rumors were spread claiming the Sister to be an apostate, no longer associates with the Sororitas. These claims were investigated with the aid of Sister Laria Majas, and proved false by the response of Canoness Preceptor Hope Amolaia.

Sister Famula Advance Pax Velanus

-Sororitas dispatched to aid in defending the spiritual health of Asterion; in this regard, has expressed that Abbess Distledort shall soon be abdicating her position has head of the Eternalites, due to her cavalier accusations of Apostasy of a Sister in good standing. 

-In joint command of a detachment of sisters put to the same cause with Sister Laria; they are part of the same house, the Order of Hallowed Glass. Laria was somewhat concerned about the arrival of Velanus, having stated that she tends to be somewhat unyielding, and may not approve of Kelle's marriage to Dehvon. It is as of yet unclear whether these concerns are grounded in reality.

-With Sister Laria returning to Isadore's Rest for an indeterminate amount of time, likely due to reported suspicions from Pax herself, Velanus will be our primary point of contact with the Sororitas for the foreseeable future. Additional research into her history shall be conducted, to prepare for possible hostility.

-Yvestina has reported a notable difference in Velanus's approach to running Sororitas Operations on Asterion; specifically, between more tactical moves and consolidation of power through exacting tithes, she believes the Famula Advance intends for the faction to become a more major political force. She is not confiding her exact intentions to anyone.

-Ford reported that Interrogator Saends warned him to be wary of Velanus and her intelligence; that the Interrogator is cautious about the Famula Advance is cause for no small amount of concern.

 

 

-Velanus met with the Major prior to meeting with the rest of the company, and asked several questions about our operations, specifically concerning:

--Dehvon's relationship with Kelle

--Xenotechnology on Asterion (she was surprised to learn of Sojourner Wakes's death).

--The Prophecy of the Golden Gaze

--Enemies of the KG-Co and House Traquiel on Asterion

--Experiences with and assessment of Laria Majas.

-During this discussion, the Major revealed nothing of a confidential nature.

-Later, during a meeting with Ambassador Lethe, inquired as to progress of producing an heir to the Traquiel lineage.

-Enlisted the Tempestus Scions to assassinate Palinea Traquiel. Goals aligned with that of the Keojrah-Glynt Company, leading to cooperation in the mutant's termination.

-Remains a conspirator and ally to the Company, having approved the marriage of Ambassador Lethe to Dehvon Traquiel, which has now taken place.

-Considers Palinea to be a failure of her own vigilance, and harbors suspicions again House Nimea for somehow having caused the child's spontaneous mutation two weeks after her birth.

-Had been given joint command of a detachment of sisters along side Famula Advance Pax Velanus. Seemed to harbor trepidation about this arrangement, and was attempting to consolidate support among our operatives prior to Velanus's arrival.

-Trepidation appears to have been warranted, as she was apparently sent back to Isadore's Rest to deliver a report and possibly be investigated; this content was encoded in a letter that state she had voluntarily returned, indicating that we are not meant to know that Velanus's suspicions instigated this chain of events.

-Father Lightfall sent an agent to keep watch over Sister Laria while she is off world. This agent has since reported that she has been reassigned, and will not be returning to the planet, making Velanus the sole raking Famula on Asterion.

-Superior of Sister Yvestina; has confirmed that Doran's protector is in no way Apostate, and is concerned that accusations of such indicate that Asterion's is spiritually endangered.
