Interrogator Arcelius Montalban

-A new presence on Asterion, reported by the acolytes caught stealing the cypher ident of a navy official.

-Interrogator Montalban is not part of the Ordo Hereticus, and therefore not a member of Lord Inquisitor Kabella Vyne's Retinue. What Ordo they do represent it currently unknown, but they seem to be interested in the so-called secret histories of Asterion.

-Two more of Montalban's acolytes were encountered during an operation to locate Archivist Denn and the documents he'd uncovered in Level 442 of the Administratum Archive.
