-Defacto leader of the 508; the title of Ssar derives from Comissar, which exists in the form of the character Comi Ssar in their lore (the original leader who brought the 508 to their position, and set their course of action).

-Believes strongly in their mission, and Comi Ssar's belief that cut off from the surface, the Guard would achieve a utopia of sorts, able to fully perform their purpose in peak condition. Views any circumstance that could break their line as a threat to the 508's existence.

-Ambassador Lethe negotiated a deal with Wolstina; KG-co will supply the 508 with supplies, munitions, armaments, and so forth in exchange for their surplus Cutters, and the nutrient rich goo they provide.
