Artifact: Shard Entity

-A Xenos Entity composed of psychically active crystals (exact composition of physical form unknown--refer to records likely created by research personnel aboard the Gilded Comet).

-Crystal needles taken from the Entity can be injected into organic lifeforms to create a Shard Host; however, this process appears to be painful beyond reckoning, and as such victims will attempt to take their own lives well before the transformation is complete. The death of any individual with a shard inside their body will cause a massive electromagnetic pulse.

-The Shard Entity is possesses psychic capabilities of communication and persuasion.
